A 37.2 MW bagasse-based renewable captive power plant supports cost-competitive electricity for steel operations. Financial close for the power project was reported in August 2024.

Expansion into rebar via a re-rolling mill targeting approximately 200,000 MT per annum, extending billets into finished reinforcement for construction markets.
